Therefore, this study try to use the systematic structure and research methods including document analysis and history comparative analysis , through the view of education law, making a comparative study on the legislative mode, discipline measures, power of staff , duty of parents and others of discipline system in compulsory education between Taiwan and U.S., and to provide the policy principles of reinventing for student discipline system in Taiwan.
