T he non-linear temperature dependence of the Bragg graings w avelength was demonstrated. Three-order polynomial curves were used to fit the experimental data. The result shows that the Bragg grat ings w ith about 1500nm wavelength have the same temperature sensitivity. The wavelength dependence reflection ( / T ) corresponds to the refractive index dependence B ( dn/ dT ) , d n/ d T decreases w ith low er temperature. The function of second degree of temperature sensitivity coefficient is ob- tained. The rapid estimative value for w avelength shift at - 150~ 550 is provided.
