So far, there are no scholars who explore the rationality of Manhattan distance scoring. Hence, in this study, we used simple math theories and examples to analyze and to compare different properties of the scoring from Manhattan distance, Eclidean distance and other different scoring models. From these properties, we can provide decision-makers appropriate scoring methods as a reference when they try to choose the right people.
