薛岳 孔孟道德思想與當今品德教育的邂逅73 銘傳教育電子期刊 第二期 2010 年7月 頁 73 –83 孔孟道德思想與當今品德教育的邂逅 薛岳 銘傳大學教育研究所在職專班研究生 摘要 以中國兩大教育思想家-孔子與孟子（至聖與亞聖）的道德教育思想，對照 現今廿一世紀教育職場上的品德教育情境來看，有許多觀點是宜古宜今、以古鑑 今的，影響整個大中華地區的教育史至今仍未止訖，可說是現今教育的基石 。台 灣的道德教育，一方面需要我們檢視在目前的教育制度當中，是不是存在著讓教 育者做出「表裡不一」錯誤示範的強烈誘因。另一方面，更需要我們在教育中重 視「從實際經驗中讓道德感生根」的體驗教育方式。唯有如此，才能避免當我們 在十年後再來回顧道德教育的時候，還是會感嘆只是淪為口號與表面功夫而已。 期盼身處教育職場的我們能善加旁徵博引孔孟的道德教育思想，做為我們實施品 德教育的方針，使之能有一場完美的邂逅。 關鍵字 :孔子，孟子，道德思想，品德教育 74銘傳教育電子期刊第二期 銘傳教育電子期刊 第二期 2010 年7月 頁 73 –83 Confucius and Mencius thoughts encounter the status of education today Hsueh, Yueh Graduate School of Education, Ming Chuan University Abstract Two Chinese thinker - Confucius and Mencius (Holy and sage) and the ideological and moral education, control the current twenty-first century education, the workplace context of view on the moral education, there are many ideas that can be used in the past and present, the affecting the entire Chinese-speaking regions, history of education has never ceased, can be said that the cornerstone of todays education.
