强迫症应用帕罗西汀联合心理治疗的临床分析 Ocd application of combined therapy with paroxetine and clinical analysis 摘要 目的 对帕罗西汀联合心理治疗用于强迫症治疗中的疗效等数据进行分析，为疾病的治疗提供指导。 方法 采用随机数字表法将研究选取的79例研究对象分为观察组（40例）和对照组（39例），按照分组分别于予以帕罗西汀联合心理治疗和安慰剂联合心理治疗，并对其临床疗效、安全性、强迫症状量表及汉密顿抑郁量表评分等数据进行组间比较。 结果 两组研究对象总有效率分别为92.5%和79.5%，组间比较，观察组显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗3个月后，观察组的强迫症状量表及汉密顿抑郁量表评分分别为（7.8±3.4）分和（5.8±3.6）分，均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；其不良发应发生率分为22.5%和20.5%， 组间无显著差异（P＞0.05）。 结论 帕罗西汀联合心理治疗用于强迫症治疗中具有疗效显著，安全性高，强迫及抑郁症状改善明显等优势，具体推广价值。 关键词：帕罗西汀；心理治疗；强迫症；安慰剂；疗效 Abstract Objective to paroxetine combined therapy for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder curative effect, such as data analysis, guidance for the treatment of diseases. Methods using random number table method research selected 79 cases of the object of study can be divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (39 cases), according to the grouping in paroxetine combined therapy and placebo combined therapy, and its clinical efficacy, safety, force symptom scale and Hamilton depression rating scale data compared between groups. Conclusion paroxetine combined therapy for ocd treatment has the curative effect is distinct, high security, the advantages of the force and depression symptoms improved obviously, the specific promotion value.
