The full-close design to prevent dust, air and corrosion. Better adaptability of surroundings and long using life; Features For 18.5kW~75kW, the DC resistor can be built-in to improve the power factor of output and eliminate the input high harmonic; Dual-circuit mains/ saving design to ensure no fault of system; Fault protection function; Better anti-jamming function, the input /output power line is equipped with filter magnetism , separate wiring of high and low electricity; The energy saving rate is 5%~10% higher than V/F control mode. Disadvantage of Traditional Injection Moulding: Valve adjustment; Input power changes slightly; Consume large proportion of energy; Result in overflow. Advantage of INVT Injection Moulding Energy-saving: Regulate the oil pump speed automatically and the oil supply; Maintain the actual oil supply and the actual load flow of the injection molding machine be consistent; Minimize the energy consumption and eliminate overflow; Ensure the motor to be stable and precise operation; Can soft start the motor, improve the power factor and save energy.
