通信工程专业本科培养计划 （留学生班） Undergraduate Program of Tanzanian Students for Specialty in Communication Engineering 一、培养目标 Ⅰ．Educational Objectives 针对坦桑尼亚留学生的教育背景和认知特点，充分利用我系的教育资源，为坦桑尼亚培养具有电子信息领域系统理论基础，知识结构合理的科技人才。 在我系毕业的坦桑尼亚留学生应在信息的获取、传递、处理及应用等方面具有较宽广的专业知识、掌握现代通信系统和信息处理的基本原理和技术，具有较强的工程实践能力，具备设计、开发各种通信系统和信息系统的能力。毕业生回国后能在信息和通信技术产业，科研部门，高等院校及其相关领域从事电信工程、通信工程、信息科学与技术的研究、设计、集成及开发等方面的工作。 Based on the characteristics of Tanzanian students and making full use of our educational resources, we design the program to bring up students mastering the basic theory of electronic and information fields, as well as reasonable knowledge framework. After graduation, the students will be professional on theoretical principles and information retrieval, transfer, process and application. They would possess the practical abilities to design various communication and information systems. After returning to their own country, they can work for information technology industries, research institutes, universities, and other related communities in research, design, integration and engineering areas. 二、基本规格要求 Ⅱ．Skills Profile 毕业生应获得以下几个方面的知识和能力: 1．具有较扎实的数理基础； 2．了解信息学科的发展动态和理论前沿； 3．具有研究和解决信息学科领域理论和实际问题的能力； 4．掌握信息科学的基本理论和方法； 5．掌握文献检索、资料查询的方法和撰写科学论文的能力； 6．具有较强的协调、组织能力； 7．具有较强的创新精神。 Students are expected to gain the following abilities: 1．Sound grounding in both mathematics and physics; 2．Understand the development and trend in the discipline; 3．Skills in research and problem solving; 4．Mastery of the basic principles in information science； 5．Ability of documentary search, data query and thesis writing; 6．Cooperative and organizational skills; 7．Creative and innovation sense. 三、培养特色 Ⅲ．Program Features 以电子技术、信号处理为基础，电子设备和系统设计及应用为方向，具有扎实的、宽广的理论基础，具有较强的工程实践和创新能力。 Our characteristic is based on electronics techniques and signal processing and focus on communication systems design and application.
