尿路感染致病菌的尿液ph值分布 - 第三军医大学学报

尿路感染致病菌分布尿液pH值urinary tract infection ,UTI)常见致病菌的分布及其尿液pH值的特征,为临床治疗和预防UTI提供新的思路。方法 采集606例本院UTI细菌培养阳性结果及感染后尿pH值数据,分析致病菌的分布,按照菌属将主要致病菌分为三组,统计分析不同菌属感染尿pH值的差异。结果 UTI致病菌总例数606例,埃希氏菌186例(30.7%),感染尿液pH值集中地分布于6.21~6.33;念珠菌属152例(25.1%),尿pH值集中分布于5.81~5.95;肠球菌属86例(14.2%),感染尿pH值集中分布于6.10~6.28。比较三组尿液pH值发现念珠菌属感染的尿pH值明显偏酸(P<0.05)。结论 UTI尿pH值发生改变,不同的UTI致病菌所对应的尿pH值不同且差别较大,通过调整尿pH值能更有效地抑制致病菌的生长,提高抗菌药物的药物效应,为UTI的防治提供帮助。 [关键词] 尿路感染;致病菌;尿pH值 [中图分类号] R691.3 文献标识码:A Distribution of Pathogens from Urinary Tract Infection and the Effect of Regulating Urine PH in Clinical Treatment ZHOU Peng, LU Gen-sheng, ZHANG Qing-hua, LIN Xia-cong(Urinary Surgery Research Center,Southwest Hospital, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing 400038, China) Abstract] OBJECTIVE To discuss the distribution of pathogens and the characteristic of the urine pH from urinary tract infection(UTI), and provide a new path for clinical treatment,also for the prevention and cure of UTI. METHODS The data of 606 strains of pathogens and the infected urine pH from urinary samples of patients with UTI in our hospital were obtained, the distribution of pathogens was described ,and the pathogens was divided into 3 groups according to the genus,the urine pH of which was analyzed by the statistics method.RESULTS Among 606 strains from UTI, the group of escherichia rated the top one with 186 strains(30.7%) and the infected urine pH by escherichia distribute from 6.21 to 6.33 intensively; 152 strains of candida were detected(25.1%), and the infected urine pH by candida distribute from5.81 to 5.95;86 strains of enterococcus were detected (14.2%), and the infected urine pH by enterococcus distribute from 6.10 to 6.28. By contrasting the infected urine pH of these three groups, we found the infected urine pH by candida was metaacid significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The urine pH from UTI were changed. The urine pH infected by different pathogens are dissimilar, it is feasible for bacteriostasis more effectively
