1. 概述 General
1.1 用途 Use
本機組廣泛應用於現代化冶金爐或不間斷供水場所 ，消防供水系統及核
反應爐的最後一級安全保護裝置。
This unit is widely used in modern metallurgical furnace or uninterrupted water
supply point, fire water supply system and the last stage of safety protection device in
nuclear reactor.
由於使用要求不同 ，應急用柴油機水泵機組設備的組成也不相同。
Based on different operating requirements, the composition of equipment for
emergency diesel water pump unit is also different.
1.2 組成 Composition
應急柴油機水泵機組由安裝在公共底座的柴油機、水泵和單獨安裝的控
制櫃及電池組組成。
Emergency diesel water pump unit is composed of a diesel and water pump
mounted on a common base and separately mounted control cabinet and storage battery.
1.2.1 柴油機 Diesel
柴油機的安裝、使用、維護注意事項 ，詳見隨機提供的柴油機使用說明
書等有關文件。操作者必須掌握柴油機的操作規程 ，並嚴格按照使用說明書
中的有關規定進行使用、維護和保養。
For diesel installation, use and maintenance precautions, refer to the attached
diesel operating instruction and other relevant documents. Operators must know well
about the operating rules of diesel and shall use, maintain and service in strict
accordance with pertinent regulations defined in the operating instruction.
1.2.2 水泵 Water pump
水泵的要求 ，詳見隨機組提供的水泵安裝使用說明書 ，並嚴格參照執
行。
Detailed requirements for water pump are specified in the installation instruction
of water pump provided along with the unit and shall be executed strictly.
1.2.3 控制櫃 Control cabinet
控制櫃是機組的控制中樞。在使用過程中必須嚴格按本說明書中有關規
定進行操作和
