PVC resin: mainly based on SG - 2 and 3 resin, and SG - 4 and 5 are also used, which mainly depends on the performance of shoe products. For PVC resin indexes, the general requirements of the apparent density are slightly smaller, and the plasticizer has a higher absorption volume, less fish-eye and uniform particle size. 2. Plasticizer: its additive amount is larger, generally in 60 ~ 80PHR, mainly DOP and DBP, suitable for DOS cold plasticizer and cheap epoxy ester and chlorinated paraffin. Sometimes it is necessary to use epoxy soybean oil, citrate and other environmental plasticizers. 3. Stabilizer: opaque products are mainly composed of lead salt compound stabilizers or metal soap with three salt and two salt. Transparent products are mainly composed of organic tin and calcium zinc composite stabilizers. Depending on the variety, the amount of addition varies greatly. 4. Lubricant: usually based on stearic acid and paraffin wax, can also be used with polyethylene wax or oxidized polyethylene wax.
