住宅设计规范强制性条文2010版-1（Housing design standard mandatory provisions 2010-1） Mandatory provisions for residential design The first chapter is designed in general 3.1.1 residential construction shall conform to the requirements of urban planning, ensure the basic living conditions and environment of residents, and use land and space economically, reasonably and effectively.
