Front desk:
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the reception of the company reception.

4. Daily documents, data collection and other general administrative affairs.
Skills requirements:
1. Familiar with office procedures

Job responsibilities:
1. Completed the drafting and modification of reports and documents according to the requirements of office leaders. Complete typing, copying and facsimile work, timely delivery to the leader or to the customer as required.
2. Make daily telephone reception work. Complete the written records and arrangement of the administrative office meeting.
Complete the collection, arrangement, roll, binding and filing of various documents.
4. Purchase daily office supplies according to the requirements, and make timely payment. Manage the property accounts of the department (low value consumables, fixed assets). Good office equipment management and maintenance.
5. Do the subscription work for the annual newspaper and magazine, send and receive daily newspapers and magazines and mail exchange.
6. Get the office attendance every month. Take care of the goods.
