This paper studied the way of BOM configuration and the relationship among the product’s parts. Based on the part version, part status, part effective and the relationship among the components, this paper proposed a standard configuration scheme, which introduced the configuration’s analytical results and FFC as the check conditions. By the check conditions, we designed an effective check rule for Multi Mode Structure configuration management. The scheme is used successfully in some car enterprises. It greatly improves the correctness of configuration management. Key words: Multi Model Structure; Configuration Management; Check Condition; FFC
