生物多样性 2012, 20 (6): 761–768 Doi: 10.3724/SP.J.1003.2012.08059 Biodiversity Science http: // 基于标本信息初评囊瓣芹属六个种的绝灭风险 * 王利松 赵莉娜 覃海宁 (中国科学院植物研究所, 北京 100093) 摘要: 利用标本馆的标本信息, 根据物种分布区、占有面积、亚居群数及分布点数目等量化参数, 按照IUCN濒危 等级和标准, 对囊瓣芹属(Pternopetalum) 6个种的受威胁程度进行了评估。结果表明: 薄叶囊瓣芹(P. leptophyllum) 为极危, 川鄂囊瓣芹(P. rosthornii)为濒危, 东亚囊瓣芹(P. tanakae) 、五匹青(P. vulgare)、洱源囊瓣芹(P. molle)和澜 沧囊瓣芹(P. delavayi)为易危。在涉及大的空间范围和大量物种的评估实践中, 标本数据是最重要, 有时甚至是唯 一的获取量化参数的依据, 但标本数据自身局限性造成的量化参数估计偏差对评估的影响还需要更深入的研究。 关键词: IUCN, 保护生物学, 伞形科, 囊瓣芹属, 中国 A preliminary assessment of extinction risk from six species in the genus Pternopetalum based on herbarium specimen data Lisong Wang*, Lina Zhao, Haining Qin Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100093 Abstract: Based on parameters established by the IUCN red list, including extent of occurrence, area of oc- cupancy, numbers of subpopulations and location, we investigated the extinction risk of six species from the genus Pternopetalum . Our results indicated that the six species are threatened; P. leptophyllum is critical en- dangered, P. rosthornii is endangered, and P. tanakae, P. vulgare, P. molle and P. delavayi are vulnerable. For IUCN red list assessment, herbarium specimens are most important, sometimes an only data source, in get- ting quantitative parameters. It is practically an irreplaceable data source when assessment activity covering large scale area and huge species number. However, herbarium specimen bear with innate bias in estimating quantitative parameters, which resulted effect for assessment need further study. Key words:
