選舉規則 Rules of the Awards Competition :  此選舉活動祇接受位於西九龍區內的物業及在該區內從事保安工作之人仕參加 Nominees must be any property located in Kowloon West Region or any security personnel serving in the Region  被提名人仕必須符合下列條件 Nominees must fulfill the following criteria (i) 持有效保安員許可證（必須連同保安員證影印本一併呈交）及 Holders of valid Security Personnel Permits (Must enclose copy of the Permits) And (ii) 從事保安員工作不少於十二個月 （特殊情況除外） Have worked in the security industry for at least 12 months (Exceptional cases may be considered)  優異管理物業及優異管理公眾停車場必須在過往十二個月內，並無 / 最少【嚴重罪案】發生 Best Managed Property and Best Managed Public Carpark are property with no / the least (serious crimes) in the past 12 months (2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31)  最佳管理物業及最佳管理公眾停車場必須在過往二十四個月內，並無 / 最少【嚴重罪案】發生 Outstanding Managed Property and Outstanding Managed Public Carpark are property with no / the least (serious crimes) in the past 24 months (2015-01-01 to 2016-12-31)  星級管理物業必須連續四屆（包括今屆）獲得最佳管理物業獎 Star Managed Property is a property which has been awarded the Outstanding Managed Property for the past four consecutive years (including this years competition) ’  雙星級管理物業必須於去屆（2015）已獲得星級管理物業獎，而今屆亦連續獲得評核為最佳管理物業級別 Double-Star Managed Property is a property which was awarded the Star Managed Property in 2015, and will also be awarded the Outstanding Managed Property in this years competition ’  三星級管理物業必須於去屆（2015）已獲得雙星級管理物業獎，而今屆亦連續獲得評核為最佳管理物業級別 Treble-Star Managed Property is a property which was awarded the Double-Star Managed Property in 2015, and will also be awarded the Outstanding Managed Property in this years competition ’  四星級管理物業必須於去屆（2015）已獲得三星級管理物業獎，而今屆亦連續獲得評核為最佳管理物業級別 Four-Star Managed Property is a prope
