By implementation of t ese measures, t e ut ilization ratio and availability of t e equipment are im proved and t e equipment upgrading is expedited. Meanw ile, free opening and s aring of t e public laborato ry are ac ieved w ic enables t e students to arrange t eir experiments f reely and independently .
