The findings about the man- made forest of Eucalyp tus in China and other countries in recent years
are review ed related ecological problems, such as t he decrease of soil fertility, the loss of biodiversit y
and the simpt ified structure the man- made forest are pointed out in development of Eucalyp tus
plantations in China. For making use of Eucalyp tus advantages, some suggestions are put forward in
the paper.
