摘要
智能小区是综合运用了计算机技术、通信技术、控制技术、小区宽带通信接入网、家庭智能控制系统和物业管理与综合信息服务系统来支持实现的。
智能小区的综合是以建筑为平台,以系统结构化综合布线为基础,以计算机网络为纽带,利用4C(即计算机、通讯与网络、控制和IC卡)技术,将各系统有效地联系起来,实现了系统的高度集成。它完美地体现了建筑艺术与信息技术的结合。

Abstract
