脏腑辨证证候名称中关联词的探究.pdf

提 要 目的 ：筛选 脏 腑 辨证 证 候名称 中的关联 词 并加 以分类 ，阐释 关联 词 的病 机含 义 。 方法 ：定义关联词 的含义 ，认 为关联词是证候名称 中对两个或两个 以上证候要素 起 联 结 作用 的 ，且 只用证 候 要 素 应 证 组合 不 能 明确 表 达 其含 义 的联 结词 。本 论 文 基 于 王永 炎 院士 等 提 出 的证 候 要 素 、科 技 术语 的命 名 原 则 ，以中医证 候权 威 著作 数据 库 为 研 究对 象 ，参考 中医症 状 学权 威 著作 ，提 取 中医脏 腑辨证 证候 名称 中的证 候 要 素和 关 联 词 。 结果 ：最 后得 到 39 13 条脏 腑 辨证 证 候 ，提 取脏 腑辨证证 候 名称 中的关联 词 2 11 个 。 本 文认 为关联词主要 分为 6 类 ： （1) 表 征致病 因素 的侵及趋 势类 ； （2 ) 表 征邪 正 盛衰 类 ； （3 ) 说 明各 脏 腑 功 能 的异 常类 ： （4 ) 表 征性 质证 素 的主 次类 （5 ) 表 征病 性 病 势 类 ； （6 ) 表 征 病 邪 的特 点类 ； 结论 ：关联 词 可 以表 征病 因 的侵及部位 ，邪 正盛衰 ，脏腑 功 能异 常 ，性质 证 素 的 主 次 ，病 势 、病 邪 的性 质 ，病 性 的转化 ，具有 一 定 的病机 含 义 。克 服 了既往 的证 候 研 究仅 关 注 证 候 要 素 的局 限性 。 关键 词 关联 词 ；脏 腑 辨证 ； 中医诊 断 T h e Stu dy on th e C onn ectives in th e N am e of Z an gfu Syn drom es Speciality : B asic Theory of Traditional C hinese M edicine (T C M ) T u tor : Z hang Q i-m in g A u th or : L iu Z hong-hua A b str a c t O bjective : Screen and classify the connectives in th e nam e of Z angfu Syndrom es.
