腕踝针对肩关节周围炎镇痛作用的临床视察.pdf

提 要 目的：观察腕踝针疗法对肩关节周围炎的快速镇痛效应，为针灸临床治疗肩周炎 提供参考依据。 方法：将符合纳入标准的60例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例， 治疗组采取腕踝针疗法，穴取患侧上 4、上 5、配上 6；对照组采取常规针刺疗法， 穴取患侧肩髃、肩贞、肩前、阿是穴、阳陵泉、中平穴，两组均留针30min。疼痛评 分采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)，分别观察记录患者针刺前、针刺后5min、15min、30min 的VAS值，疼痛改善程度采用尼莫地平法评定。 结果：两组针后5min、15min和30min的VAS值均较同组治疗前有显著差异（P均小 于0.05），治疗后小于治疗前；两组针后5min的VAS值有非常显著差异（P＜0.001）， 针后15min和30min的VAS值均有显著差异（P均小于0.05），治疗组小于对照组；两组 针后5min总缓解率有显著差异（P＜0.05），治疗组高于对照组，针后15min和30min 总缓解率均无显著差异（P均大于0.05）。 结论：腕踝针疗法对肩周炎快速镇痛效应优于常规针刺。 关键词 腕踝针；镇痛；肩关节周围炎；临床观察 Wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia shoulder periarthritis clinical observation Speciality: Acupuncture and moxibustion Author: Zhao Jinping Tutor: Professor Ge Baohe Abstract Object: To observe the rapid analgesic effect of treating periarthritis of shoulder by wrist-ankle acupuncture , and provide reference for acupuncture treatment of frozen shoulder.
