自制中药制剂对同种异体大鼠肋软骨移植的作用.pdf

提 要 目的：探讨自制中药制剂对同种异体大鼠肋软骨移植的免疫抑制作用。方法： 随机选择3只Wistar大鼠作为供体，处死后切取其肋软骨，制成0.5×0.5cm的软骨块 共60块，随机分为新鲜对照组，0.4%戊二醛、甲醛溶液组和自制中药制剂组，新鲜 对照组经含4%庆大霉素的0.9%生理盐水冲洗后4℃冰箱内保存，后两组浸泡48h后取 出备用。将每组1块软骨分别移植于20只大鼠背部皮下，相同条件下饲养12周后取出， 观察移植软骨的成活情况并行病理涂片检查，用改良wakitani score对软骨进行组 织学评分，以评价三种处理方式对同种异体大鼠肋软骨移植的免疫抑制作用的差别。 结果：0.4%戊二醛、甲醛溶液组和自制中药制剂组的wakitani score评分均低于新 鲜未处理组 （P＜0.01）,0.4%戊二醛、甲醛溶液组和自制中药制剂组之间的wakitani score评分没有差别（P＞0.05）。结论：经自制中药制剂浸泡的同种异体大鼠肋软骨 移植后的组织学改变与传统软骨保存液差别不大，认为自制中药制剂有明显的免疫 抑制作用，是一种良好的软骨保存液。 关键词 自制中药制剂；同种异体；肋软骨；免疫抑制 The Influence of Homemade TCM to allogeneic transplantation of rats’ costal cartilages Speciality: The Study of Chinese and Western medicine combined neurosurgery Author: Xu Jian Tutor: Prof.Liu Fang Abstract Objective: To study the homemade TCM rats of allogeneic transplant immunosuppression rib cartilage role. Transplanted each group 1 piece cartilage respectively in the back subcutaneous of the 20 rats. The 20 rats bred under the same condition and after 12 weeks took out all the cartilages. Then observe the survival situation of the transplanted cartilage using improved wakitani score for histologic grading, for the purpose of evaluate the immune inhibition differences between three treatments
