芪连扶正胶囊联合OLF方案治疗晚期大肠癌的临床探究.pdf

提 要 目的：评价芪连扶正胶囊联合 OLF 方案(奥沙利铂加亚叶酸钙和 5-氟尿嘧啶)治 疗晚期大肠癌的综合疗效。方法：40例晚期大肠癌患者，分为治疗组(20例，芪连扶 正胶囊联合OLF方案化疗)和对照组(20例，单纯化疗)观察两组疗效。连续观察2个 化疗周期后，比较两组治疗前后近期疗效、症状、卡氏评分、体重、免疫功能、肿瘤 标记物的变化和毒副反应程度等情况。结果：芪连扶正胶囊联合OLF方案化疗可改善 大部分临床症状，提高生活质量，稳定并增加体重，减轻血液和消化道毒副反应，提 高机体免疫功能，降低肿瘤标记物，但在减小和稳定瘤灶方面芪连扶正胶囊联合OLF 方案化疗与单纯化疗组相比无显著性差异。另外两组对肝、肾功能的损害都不明显。 结论：芪连扶正胶囊联合OLF方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效明显，具有增效减毒作用，是 治疗大肠癌的有效方法之一，能显著提高患者生活质量。 关键词 芪连扶正胶囊；OLF方案；中西医结合；晚期大肠癌 Clinical study on advanced colorectal cancer treated By Qi lian fu zheng capsule Combined With Chemotherapy Speciality: Internal Medicine of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Author: Yu Huimin Tutor: Professor Li Xiurong Abstract Objective: Evaluating the efficacy of Qi lian fu zheng capsule combined with the program OLF (L-OHP and CF and 5 - fluorouracil) of treatment of Advanced colorectal cancer.
