什么是计件工资制(What is a piece rate system)
First, the wage system is based on the number of qualified products produced by workers or the amount of work done, and a form of wage in which wages are calculated according to the specific unit price. It consists of work grade, labor quota and piecework unit price. It is the conversion form of hourly wages. Piecework with hourly wage difference is that it is an indirect use of labor time (number from a certain time of labor condensation products) to measure their labour, rather than direct labor according to the length of time to measure, therefore, the actual amount of labor wage can accurately reflect their.
Two, the characteristics and functions of the piecework wage system at the present stage
