开服装店需要甚么手续（Whats the procedure for opening a clothing store） According to the interim arrangement of the administration of individual industrial and commercial households in urban and rural areas Article 1 in order to guide and help the individual economic development of urban and rural workers, the supervision and administration of individual industrial and commercial households shall be strengthened, and their lawful rights and interests shall be protected. These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the state law. Second working towns, unemployed personnel, rural villagers and other personnel permitted by the state policy may apply for individual industrial and commercial operations, and shall be registered as individual industrial and commercial households after being approved and registered according to law. Third individual businesses may, within the limits permitted by the laws and policies of the state, operate the industrial, handicraft, construction, transportation, commercial, catering, service, repair and other industries. Fourth individual industrial and commercial households may operate individually or in households. If individuals operate, they shall bear civil liability for all their personal property; the family business shall bear civil liability for all the property of the family. Individual industrial and commercial households may, according to their operating conditions, employ one or two helpers; individual skilled industrial and commercial households may bring three or five apprentices. The legitimate rights and interests of fifth individual industrial and commercial households are protected by state laws, and no unit or individual may infringe upon them. Article sixth the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the local administration for Industry and Commerce perform the following administrative functions for individual industrial and commercial households: (1) to examine, register and issue business lic
