In this way, you can avoid losing the previous function environment because of changing the machine, and it will not reduce the quality of work. The creation of the roaming user profile process has two steps: create a test user profile, and then copy the test user profile to the network server. Step 1: during this process, you create a test profile for the roaming user: 1. create a user account that acts as a test user account. For example, create an account called Sales Profile. 2. log on to test user accounts. This automatically creates the user profile in the local computers C:\Winnt\Documents and Settings\ user name folder. 3. configure the desktop environment, including appearance, shortcuts, and start menu options. 4. log off and log in as an administrator. Step two: the last copy of the test configuration file, in this process, you will test the configuration file to the server in the network: 1. network drive to create a network in which to store the configuration file folder.
