ECN is the abbreviation of English Electronic Communication Network, which means electronic communication network in chinese. To be exact, ECN refers to an electronic trading platform between financial exchanges, stockbrokers and their clients. More specifically, ECN refers to a computer system that enables customers to trade financial products outside the exchange. The most common trading products are stocks and foreign exchange. The original ECN was established after the approval of the securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 1998. Is that the characteristics of ECN, to improve the level of competition among market traders by reducing transaction costs, traders can access to the client system within a single collection, trading as traders outside the traditional exchange time. ECN mode traders do not manually modify the point, do not artificially modify data, so that the ECN platform is the pass-through forma
