大众工资等级(Public wage scale)
There are 22 grades, among which blue collar workers pay 1 to 14 basic salaries, and white-collar workers are from 1 to 22. Blue collar up to 14 or more, if you want to go up, you need to transfer to white-collar workers. The highest basic salary for blue collar workers is 2.34 times the lowest; the basic wage for white-collar workers is 3.37 times the lowest level. Labor difference post wage differences to the job evaluation as the basis, not to engage in machinery to determine the wage difference arithmetic (see Table 1).

Basic compensation accounted for the proportion of total remuneration, blue collar accounted for 90%, white-collar accounted for 60%~70%, senior management accounted for 50%~60%. The basic remuneration of German public employees is mainly between seventh and thirteenth, accounting for 79.6% of all employees (see table two).

Third, establish bonus system according to employee performance and enterprise benefit.
