Electronic commerce, first appeared in the 1993 American Clinton government work report to the national information infrastructure in the description of the meaning is the use of electronic information technology, network technology and modern communication technology, effectively the transaction behavior of commodity management of resources and people together, so as to realize the government and enterprises, between enterprises and between enterprises, the information exchange between enterprises and customers, business processing, goods and services transactions on computer, networking activities. But it not only refers to transactions based on the Internet, but also refers to the use of electronic information technology to solve the expansion of publicity, reduce costs, increase value and create opportunities for business activities. First, the current situation of Chinas e-commerce development
E-commerce transactions grew rapidly. In 2005, Chinas netizens online shopping users reached 22 million, an increase of 38.6% over 2004, turnover of up to 13 billion 505 million yuan. In 2007, the volume of transactions completed by B2B e-commerce reached 21239 yuan, an increase of 65.9%, and the operating income of the operators reached 3 billion 900 million yuan, an increase of 49.1%.
