高校大学生食堂环境满意度感知的调查及影响因素的分析——以宝鸡文理学院为例 张帆 （宝鸡文理学院 地理与环境学院 陕西 宝鸡 721013） 摘要：如今高校大学生是食堂服务的主体对象，大学饮食质量的好坏在一定程度上反映了该地区高校大学生的生活质量。本文以宝鸡文理学院大学生食堂服务满意度感知为例，目的 是能够增强高效服务管理，提高高校食堂服务质量，创建优质的食堂环境。方法 通过对大学生食堂服务满意度感知的调查，并设置相应的计量表进行了问卷调查，并用SAPSS软件进行数据分析,用OriginPro进行图形分析并得出影响大学生食堂满意度感知的主要因子。结果 为影响大学生食堂满意度感知因素有4个，分别是：食堂食品类型感知、食堂就餐环境感知、食堂服务质量感知、食堂就餐条件感知，并针对影响因素，提出一些改善措施，同时也为提高大学生食堂服务满意度提供了一定的借鉴与依据。 关键词：大学生食堂，宝鸡文理学院，环境感知，影响因素，改善措施 Analysis of the survey and influencing factors of university students canteen environment satisfaction and Perception ——Taking Baoji University of Arts and Sciences as an example Zhang Fan Abstract: Today is the principal object of College Students canteen services, university diet quality is good or bad to some extent reflects the quality of life of university students in the region.
