女大学生职业价值观探讨管理(Female college students, professional values, discussion, management) Career values directly determine individual career planning and career choice, and will affect career development in the future. Under the background of increasing employment pressure of college students, strengthening the study of College Students professional values is helpful to help college students implement career planning and further promote their employment. As for the study of professional values, western scholars started in twentieth Century and 20s and 30s. At home, the study of professional values began in 1979, and Han Jinzhi and others investigated the career ideals of young people. After several decades, many domestic scholars from the definition, dimensions and different angles of the comparative analysis and the trend of the change of College Students occupation values has been studied, although there are also some of the occupation values of female college students, but few of womens colleges single sex college students occupation value of the subject matter. Therefore, this study hopes that through the occupation value of single sex female university students on issues related to the investigation and analysis, draw some results obtained, employment of female graduates better through the analysis of measures. 1. research objects and methods 1.1 study subjects This investigation has referred to a large amount of literature, combined with the characteristics of female college students and the purpose of the study, designed a questionnaire. The subjects of the survey were female students in Hunan Womens University. The investigation began in September 5, 2010 and ended in September 10th. A survey of 900 female college students from five departments of the college was conducted. A total of 900 questionnaires were issued, and 879 valid questionnaires were collected (97.66% recovery rate, 97.66% efficiency). Among them, 294 departments of economics and management, 189 de
