卫生法学（Health law） Abstract: This article first analyzes the obligation right, doctors and the relationship between the patients informed consent, and then discusses how to properly solve the conflict problem of informed consent and medical protection. The doctor pointed out the principles and skills of the obligations of the performance, in order to avoid medical disputes, to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Keyword: informed consent; medical notification With the gradual improvement of democracy and legal construction in China, the citizens legal awareness has been continuously enhanced, and the right to informed consent of the patients has been clearly regulated and known by the state through legislative procedures.
