不銹鋼非相變型表面硬化處理技術 Surface hardening without phase transformation of stainless steel 1 2 1,2 900 In general, the conventional carburizationed t ech n iqu e did n ot on ly w a st e en er gy but also (M C ) f o r m a t i o n c h r o m i u m c a r b i d e t o h av e t h e 23 6 mechanical property destroyed because of 900 h igh op er at ion t emp er atur e. In th is stu dy, 316 stainless steel was via Low Temperature Colossal Super-Saturation (LTCSS) process to investigate 316 t h e m i c r o st r u c t u r e o f h a r d e n e d l ay e r a n d mechanical property. The results showed that the hardened layer possessed the hardness of 900Hv, 500 24 30 m and 30 m in thickness formed on surface of 316 316 austenitic stainless steel after 24 hours carburizing. 900Hv In addit ion , X R D was adopt ed t o ident ify the XRD diffraction peak and hardening mechanism was the maj or strengthening mode. The process has the best saving energy and hardening effects, so the energy efficiency, feasibility and effect have potential for development. 關鍵詞: Key words: LTCSS Hardening Stainless steel 壹、前 言 (1)
