(0% The experimental results showed that 25% 50% 75% 90%) 316L stainless steel was cold rolled so that most the equi-axed grains in microstructure 3 16L gradually became the long-axed ones. With increasing rolling reduction, not only the 3 16L martensite phase generated in the surface, but also there was an evident increase in surface hardness (202→453 HV 100g) as well as a slight 3 16L decrease in friction coefficient (0.95→0.82). (202→453 HV 100g) After the measurement of magnetic property, (0.95→0.82) V SM it was also found that the magnetic flux had (Gs) the higher value when the rolling reduction was increased. Such a result should be depen- dent upon the content of martensite phase trans- 關鍵詞: formation.
