无头加压可折断螺钉治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折.pdf

《中国医学前沿杂志 （电子版）》2014 年第 6 卷第 1 期 ● 骨科专栏 ● 57 无头加压可折断螺钉治疗 Mason Ⅱ型 桡骨头骨折 王明新，安佰京，宋立琨，杨军，史展，邢更彦 （中国武警总医院　骨科中心 关节四肢外科，北京　 100039 ） 【摘要】 目的 研究使用无头加压可折断螺钉内固定治疗 Mason Ⅱ型桡骨头骨折的临床疗效。方法　 2008 年 5 月至 2013 年 5 月，本院共收治 Mason Ⅱ型桡骨头骨折患者 26 例。均行切开复位无头加压 可折断螺钉内固定手术治疗，术后不行外固定，第 2 天即开始进行功能锻炼。采用 Broberg 和 Morrey 肘关节功能评分标准评判疗效。结果　随访 6 ～ 35 个月，平均 12.3 个月。治疗优 良率为 94.4%，所 有患者骨折均愈合，有 4 例留有轻微活动痛，无明显关节活动受限。结论　采用无头加压可折断螺钉 内固定治疗 Mason Ⅱ型桡骨头骨折，创伤小、手术简单、固定牢固、对关节软骨破坏少、术后早期即 可功能锻炼、肘关节功能恢复彻底，是一种较好的治疗方法。 【关键词】Mason Ⅱ型桡骨头骨折 ；肘关节 ；无头加压可折断螺钉 ；内固定 Treatment of Mason Ⅱtype fractures of radial head with Acutrak headless compression screw WANG Ming-Xin, AN Bai-Jing, SONG Li-Kun, YANG Jun, SHI Zhan, XING Geng-Yan (Department of Orthopaedics, General Hospital of Armed Police Forces, Beijing 100039, China) Corresponding author: XING Geng-yan, E-mail: xgy7766@263.net Abstract Objective To evaluate the treatment of Mason type fractures of radial head with Acutrak 【 】 　 Ⅱ headless compression screw. The experiences were analyzed retrospectively and the therapeutic results were observed through a follow- up of an average of 12.3 months (range: 6 to 35 months). Results　Patients outcomes were assessed with Broberg and Morrey elbow joint function score. The good rate of operative group was 94.4%. The difference between post operation and before operation was statistical (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion　Treatment of Mason Ⅱtype fractures of radial head with Acutrak headless compression screw can precisely rebuild articular face with little trauma. Elbow joint recovered with good function. It provides a new way for surgical treatment of Mason Ⅱtype fractures of radial head. K
