2007年 10 月 润滑与密封 Oct2007 第 32 卷 第 10期 LUBR ICA TION EN GIN EER IN G Vol32 No10 无油润滑压缩机导向环轴向宽度设计的研究 朱玉峰 　于新奇 (河北科技大学机械电子工程学院　河北石家庄 050054) 摘要 : 无油润滑压缩机导向环轴向宽度的传统设计方法将活塞组件的重量作为导向环所承受的载荷 , 忽略了数倍于 活塞组件重量的侧压力的影响 , 造成轴向宽度过短 , 缩短使用寿命 ; 另外 , 承压表面许用比压的取值过小 , 导致轴向宽 度过长 , 不利于活塞和气缸的加工 。对轴向宽度设计方法进行了改进 , 把侧压力和活塞组件的重量共同作为导向环承受 的载荷 , 比压控制在 006 ～010 M Pa 以下 , 所设计的导向环应用在 SW 2 5 / 7型全无油润滑压缩机上寿命达 8 000 h 以 上 。 关键词 : 导向环 ; 轴向宽度 ; 无油润滑 ; 压缩机 中图分类号 : TH457　文献标识码 : A 　文章编号 : 0254 - 0 150 (2007) 10 - 103 - 3 Study on the D esign of Ax ia l W idth of the Gu id ing R ing in an O illess L ubr ica tion Com pressor Zhu Yu fe n g　Yu X in q i (Co llege of M echan ical and E lectron ic Engineering, H ebei U n iversity of Science and Techno logy, Sh ij iazhuang H ebei 050054 , Ch ina) A b stra ct: The shortages of traditional design m ethod of axial w idth of the gu iding ring in an oille ss lubrication comp re s sor are that the p iston p arts weight is con sidered a s the on ly force app lied on the gu iding ring, the side p ressu re tim es of the p iston p arts weight is neglected, th is m ake s the axial w idth too sm all and reduces the gu iding ring ’s life; the selected p er m ission face contact p re ssure is too sm all, it m ake s the axial w idth too long and is again st the p rocess of the p iston and the cylinder. The design m ethod of axial w idth was imp roved. The side p re ssu re and the p iston p arts weight were both con sid ered as the force s app lied on the gu iding ring.
