No.23 燃煤电厂烟道 高处开孔的预先危险性分析 孙灵锁 （胜利油田胜利勘察设计研究院有限公司，东营 257026） 【摘 要】 拟在燃煤电厂烟道上一高空位置开孔，因对烟道内的危险有害因素不能准确把握，开孔内、外作业区域都非常狭窄， 大型起重机械旋转易受阻；烟道的内防腐材料熔点低，在进行管道切割时易燃烧，且烟道残留气体含有毒气体成份大，多项危险 有害因素阻碍施工的正常进行。本论文采用预先危险性分析法全面分析潜在的危险有害因素，做出预先危险性分析表，根据分 析结果制定出可行的预防措施，能应对所有可能出现的意外情况后再进行施工，充分保证了施工的安全性。 【关键词】 烟道；开孔；预先危险性分析；评价；预防措施 【中图分类号】 A 【文献标识码】 【 】 文章编号】 X937 DOI 10.3969/j.issn.1672-2396.2011.02.012 【2011]23-0046-03 Preliminary Hazard Analysis on Coal-Fired Power Plant Flue’s Holes Opening in High Attitude SUN Lingsuo (Shengli Engineering and Consulting Company, Shengli Oil Field, Dongying 257026, China) Abstract: Proposed to opening holes in coal-fired power plant flue on a high-altitude locations, because of the risk of harmful factors in the flue can not accurately grasp, both of the locations’ inside and outside are very narrow, and it’s hardly for the large crane rotating. Anti-corrosion materials in the flue are low melting point, and it’s easily combustible during the pipe cutting. Toxic gas contained in the flue residual gas. There are large number of dangerous and harmful factors impede the normal construction. In this thesis, it adopts Preliminary Hazard Analysis to analysis the potential dangerous and harmful factors. Make a preliminary hazard analysis table, and develop some feasible precautions to deal with all contingencies that may arise during the construction, which fully guarantee the safety of the construction.
