论文题目：高考“加分”政策的演变历程 英文题目：The Development of the Policy Justification of Giving Bonus Points in the College Entrance Examination 姓 名：盘新林 学 号：201013410128 班 级：教育学2010班 指导老师：苏峻 时 间：2013年5月30 高考“加分”政策的演变历程 教育学2010班 盘新林 学号：201013410128 【摘要】高考“加分”政策是国家出于安抚或鼓励的目的，在高考招生制度中增设的对某些特殊群体实施优惠的一种政策。该政策是我国教育部于1950年正式设定的，但早在我国古代的人才选拔制度中已经开始孕育了。譬如，汉代的察举制、魏晋南北朝时期的“九品中正制”、隋唐至清代的科举制，这些考试取士制度和民国时期的高校招生制度中都包含有某些特殊的优待措施。而这些优待措施与现行的高考“加分”政策在某种程度上存在共通之处，所以，本文运用文献研究法，以古代考试取士制度和民国时期的高校招生制度中的优待政策为高考“加分”政策的历史渊源，初步研究高考“加分”政策从汉代至民国时期的孕育，一直到1950年产生，再经过文革前、文革间和文革后的不断改革的历史演变过程。 【关键词】考试取士 高考 隐性“加分” 显性“加分” 改革历程 The Development of the Policy Justification of Giving Bonus Points in the College Entrance Examination The class of education 2010, Panxinlin Student number: 201013410128 Abstract: The Policy Justification of Giving Bonus Points in the College Entrance Examination，is a preferential policy that set by our country, in order to appease or encourage the special candidates and give some preferential measures for them. policy was set up formally by our Ministry of Education in 1950. But it was bred in the system of selection of talents in the early ancient times. For example, the appointment system in Han Dynasty, the Nine-Grade-Zhongzheng System in Wei and Jin Dynasties, the Imperial Examination System from Sui Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. In these systems of selecting Candidates for Official Posts and the College enrollment system in the Republic, contain some special preferential measures. And, these special preferential measures and the Policy Justification of Giving Bonus Points in the College Entrance Examination exist a common-point, so the paper put these special preferential measures in ancient systems of selecting Candidates for Official Posts and the College enrollment system in the Republic as a historical origin of the Policy Justification of Giving Bonus Points in the College Entrance Examination by using data studies.
