Method ： After over-expression plasmids transfect HEK293T cell ，stil will be PI/RNase double stained at three time points respectively. Then the changes of cell cycle will be detected by flow cytometry. Result ：Blank control group and transfection control group ， the number of HEK293T cells in each cycle has no significant difference （P0.05 ）. Experimental group compared to transfection control group ，after the over-expression of 24h ，48h ，72h ，the cell proportion in G 1 phase declined significantly ，but the cell proportion in S phase increased significantly （P0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The up-regulation of stil gene expression affects the normal process of HEK293T cell cycle and causes the disorder of cell cycle. Key words：Stil gene ；Cell cycle ；G 1/S phase 前言
