發表於 20 11年全美外語教學協會年會(ACTFL) ，11月18-20 日，美國丹佛 Description ：4D5S的電腦系統建置與標準化測驗新面向 趙家璧 曾文璇 cchao@.tw vinta@.tw 國家華語測驗推動工作委員會 摘要 近來大型語言測驗紛紛以電腦介面取代傳統的紙筆測驗，電腦測驗系統的開 發所涉及的介面改變，不僅是對考生使用習慣的挑戰，更是整合測驗設計與施測 管理的全方位建置。據此，本研究主要討論系統研發時，使用者的需求整合、各 子系統間的結合，以及使用者與系統間的統合。總體而言，是一個四需求五系統 的全方位建置，簡稱為 4D5S1 本研究將討論在4D5S規劃下系統開發的三階段工作，包含了開發前期的使 用者需求調查、中期的需求書擬訂、以及系統建置後的測試與修改，另外，本文 也將針對開發時的難點，例如，如何銜接測驗開發者與系統開發者對測驗系統的 認知；並分析測驗電腦化針對不同受試族群所產生利與弊，以期可作為相關單位 或考試中心發展測驗電腦化全面而實際的參考。 In recent years the large scale standardized language test have adopted the computer-based test (CBT) to substitute for traditional paper-based tests. The establishment of a CBT system is a change of user interfaces in all aspects. It not only could challenge examineesr traditional paper-based tests.rtantly, it is an intergraded process which will include the pre-test and post-test aspects under one comprehensive platform. To discuss the establishment of a CBT system, the aspects of user demands, the connection of the sub-systems and the user-system interactions should all be taken into consideration. In this research, these aspects will be summarized into four demands and five sub-systems (4D5S) to represent the blueprint of system developmental process. Under the description of 4D5S, the discussion of this research will focus on the three stages of system establishment, which are including user demands investigation, composing system requirement, and conducting big scale test run with systematic modification. In terms of the executive aspect, several issues that reveal in different developmental stages will also be pinpointed, such as the issues on balancing the different expectations between the system users and program developers as well as analyzing the pros and cons of adopting t
