The small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are facing more and more serious development crisis. In this paper, with the help of modern enterprise management theory, I will study the logistics environment in Foshan, analyze the problems and situations of those small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and figure out the tactics used in the development for those small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. I will take Yueshun Freight Transportation Company Limited of Gaoming in Foshan City as an example to systematically analyze and deeply study the solutions to logistics market development under such circumstances.
