T e results s ow t at, in t e microstructures of A-l 12% Si alloy, dendrites of A p ase coexist wit pre-precipitate silicon, and under a certain treatment condition, dendrites of Ap ase would disappear; t e sizes of dendrite of A p ase and pre-precipitated silicon c ange regularly w it increasing temperature or time, t e tem- perature and time t at t e smallest sizes of t e p ases appear among t e alloys is not corresponded; t e melt temperature treatment ave certain effect on t e sizes of dendrite of A p ase, but t e effect is limited. It is considered t at in t e TTT diagram of liquid structure and temperature of Al-Si alloys, silicon atom clusters and aluminum atom clusters would exist in different temperature zones, t e position of aluminum atom clusters is closer to temperature axis t an t at of silicon atom clusters, t e bond energy of t e silicon atom clusters is t e stronger t an t at of aluminum atom clusters.
