摘要：针对中国蚕丝业的蚕茧价格形成机制、环节垄断竞争经营、生产模式与技术体系等核心矛盾冲突加剧等问题，从环节主体地位
差异，蚕茧物资性质定位，产业发展意识等方面分析其根源，提出了转变蚕丝业发展方式的政策建议。

Abstract: In this paper, base on aggravated core contradictory conflict of sericulture and silk industry in china,
such as price formation mechanism of the silkworm cocoon, monopolistic competition operated in links,
production model and technology system and etc, the roots of contradictory from differences of links main status,
material properties position of silkworm cocoon, awareness of industry development and etc were analyzed,
and some policy recommendations for changing the mode of silk industry development was put forwarded.
