The company operated and have franchisees under the brand names Marriott, JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, Renaissance, Residence Inn, Courtyard, TownePlace Suites, Fairfield Inn, SpringHill Suites and Bulgari. The Marriott group in India has being focusing on its quality of service delivered and the various other factors like customer satisfaction. The case highlights the journey of Marriott group and the variou s services provided by Mariott. The case also discusses the various challenges upcoming for Marriott group in India related to customer service and customer satisfaction.
