台北都會區加油站設置對於生活環境品質的影響 台北都會區加油站設置對於 生活環境品質的影響 1 2 3 林郁欽 王秋原 程仁宏 摘要 加油站在現代的都市地區是不可或缺的公共設施，它提供都市交通運輸工具基本的能源。在街道隨 處可見的加油站，雖然帶給都市居民加油的便利性，但是對於都市生活環境品質也帶來衝擊。本研究目 的主要探討台北都會區加油站的設置對於生活環境品質造成哪些影響，並從實際的居民訪談中提出改善 措施以供相關單位作為改善生活環境品質之參考。在民眾的生活環境品質認知中以「安全性」及「健康 性」的認知影響最大。要如何解決加油站設置引發的危險因子與環境污染以降低鄰近居民在安全上、健 康上的疑慮，尤其是居家安全的恐懼感，是最重要的課題。 關鍵詞：台北都會區、加油站設置、生活環境品質 A Study of the Influence on Environmental and Living Quality Caused by the Installation of Gas Stations in Metropolitan Taipei Yu-Chen Lin1 Chiu-Yuan Wang2 Jen-Hung Cheng3 ABSTRACT Offering the basic energy required by the daily operation of the various means of transportation in metropolitan urban areas, gas stations serve as the indispensable facilities in modern urban cities. Even though they offer the convenience of gas-filling for city dwellers, gas stations still bring about great impact on urban environment. This study aims to explore, through the data gathered by face-to-face interview with Taipei city dwellers, the various facets of impact on environmental quality engendered by the installation of gas stations in metropolitan Taipei area. According to the data gathered, some measures of amelioration will be mapped out and offered in the hope that they can serve as reference materials for the concerning governmental units to upgrade our environmental and living quality.
