肢体功能锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺疾病生活质量影响 叶琼 （，重庆 【摘要】目的 探讨实行肢体功能锻炼对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的影响。方法 将我院2010年1月-2012年12月慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者56例纳入本试验研究，随机分为观察组与对照组各28例，观察组给予肢体功能锻炼包括体能锻炼与呼吸肌锻炼，对照组给予常规药物治疗，两组均治疗3个月，比较治疗前后两组患者的肺功能改善情况、运动耐力及生活质量评分。结果 两组患者在治疗前肺功能、运动耐力、生活质量各项指标评分无显著性差异，在治疗后3个月观察组在肺功能、运动耐力及生活质量方面均比治疗前提高（p0.05），而对照组较治疗前无显著变化(P0.05)。结论 合理的肢体功能锻炼可改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者的肺功能，增加患者的运动耐力，提高患者的生活质量。 【关键词】肢体功能锻炼；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；生活质量 The influence on quality life of limb functional exercise on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 【bstract】bjective:To study the influence on quality life of limb functional exercise on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: 56 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were included in this experimental study,the cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 28 cases, observation group was given limb functional exercise in physical exercise and exercise well, control group was given conventional drug treatment, both groups were treated for 3 months, compared two groups’pulmonary function improvement, sports endurance and quality life scores before and after the treatment. Results:Before treatment,two groups’lung function, exercise endurance, the indicators of quality of life scale had no significant difference, after 3 months treatment ,observation group in lung function, exercise endurance and quality life were higher than that of before treatment (p0.05), while control group before the treatment had no significant change (p0.05).
