复方红豆杉胶囊用于肺癌术后转移的治疗效果 蔡华荣，张海梅，江跃全＊ （重庆市肿瘤研究所 胸外科 400030） 【摘要】目的:探讨复方红豆杉胶囊用于肺癌术后转移化疗后或无法化疗的治疗效果。方法：回顾分析我科收治的肺癌术后出现转移，已经完成了挽救化疗或无法完成化疗病例共173例，分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予最佳支持治疗或随访，治疗组在此基础上给予复方红豆杉胶囊维持治疗，比较两组的肿瘤控制情况，生存率，KPS评分及副反应情况。结果：治疗组15例PR，29例SD，中位OS为10个月，评分较治疗前升高，无严重不良反应，对照组5例PR，15例SD，对照组中位OS为8个月，KPS评分逐渐降低。结论：复方红豆杉胶囊用于肺癌术后转移化疗后或无法化疗者的治疗有一定作用，能提高患者的生活质量，延长患者的生存期，患者依从性好，可以作为一种维持治疗选择。 关键词：肺癌术后；转移；治疗；复方红豆杉胶囊 The treatment effectiveness of compoundformula hongdoushan capsules for lung cancer metastasised patient afteroperation Cai huarong Zhang haimei Jiang yuequan (Chongqing Cancer Institutes,Chongqing，400030，China) [abstract]Objective:to explore the therapeutic effect of compoundformula hongdoushan capsules for lung cancer metastasised patient afteroperation completed chemotherapy or not。Methods：173 case of lung cancer metastasised patients afteroperation completed chemotherapy or not were divided into two groups: control group(n=92) and treatment group(n=81)，the best Supporting Therapy or following up was applied to control group，the compoundformula hongdoushan capsules were applied to treatment group in addition to the best Supporting Therapy or following up，the tumor change、survival rate、karnofsky score and adverse reaction of the patients were compared in two groups.Results：15 cases PR、29 cases SD in treatment group and the median OS were 10 months，5 cases PR、15 cases SD in control group and the median OS were 8 months，the difference was significant between two groups. Conclusion: the compoundformula hongdoushan capsules can improve the quality of life and survival rate of lung cancer metastasised patient afteroperation completed chemotherapy or no and have good dependence，can be used as maintenane therapy.
