输尿管下段结石体外冲击波碎石后应用萘哌地尔的疗效评价 赵友光1，杨 航1，王 亮1 ，李 莹2，王起武1，陈卫国1，张秉鸿1，曹文峰1，李沙丹1，彭启洪 1 (610083 成都成都军区总医院泌尿外科科(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,ESWL)，术后服用萘哌地尔对患者排石的治疗效果。方法 选取成都军区总医院泌尿外科门诊单纯输尿管下段结石（大小约6～15mm）患者60例，所有患者均行体外冲击波碎石术，上述患者术后随机分为两组，每组30例。A组为试验组，EWSL术后给予口服萘哌地尔25mg，2/d；B组为对照组，不服用萘哌地尔。术后1周、2周、3周定期随访，每次均复查泌尿系统平片或超声，分析两组之间排石情况的差异性。结果 3周后试验组结石排出率明显高于对照组，分别为（90%，66.7%），两组有显著差异（P=0.028）。试验组与对照组平均排石时间分别为（11.2±2.3）d，(14.5±3.2）d，具有统计学意义（P=0.001）。男女间在试验组与对照组的结石清除率均无明显差异（P0.05）。结论 ESWL治疗输尿管下段结石术后联合应用萘哌地尔可加速结石碎片的排出，缩短排石时间，对提高患者的排石率和生活质量有较好效果。 [关键词] 体外冲击波碎石；输尿管下段结石；萘哌地尔；结石清除率 [中图法分类号] [文献标志码] A Therapeutic effects observation of naftopidil in clearance of Lower Ureteral Calculi after Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Zhao Youguang1,Yang Hang1,Wang Liang1,Li Ying2,Wang Qiwu,Chen Weiguo1,Zhang Binghong1,Cao Wenfeng1,Li Shadan1,Peng Qihong1 (1Dept of Urology,General Hospital of Chengdu Command of PLA,Chengdu 610083,China; 2Dept of Cardiology,General Hospital of Chengdu Command of PLA,Chengdu 610083,China.)
