血小板微粒、内皮细胞微粒在慢性阻塞性肺疾病 - 第三军医大学学报

慢性阻塞性肺疾病中血小板及内皮微粒变化的探讨chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid ,BALF)中血小板微粒(platelet microparticles,PMPs)ndothelial microparticles,EMPs)数目的变化情况。方法 通过纤维支气管镜获取灌洗液样本,其中慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)组35例,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期组12例,对照组20例。将所采集的样本进行离心处理后,用相应抗体进行标记,使用流式细胞技术检测每100μL灌洗液中以上两种微粒的数目。结果 PMPs数目和EMPs数目在三组之间有显著差异 (P<0.05),AECOPD组两种微粒数目均显著低于COPD稳定期组和对照组(P<0.05;P<0.001),而COPD稳定期组与对照组比较两种微粒数目均无显著性差异(P0.05)。两种微粒数目在吸烟组与不吸烟组之间均无显著差异(P0.05)。、、体表面积与 BALF中两种微粒的数目变化无关(P>0.05)。latelet microparticles and endothelial microparticles in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Dan Xiaoping, Qiu Qian,Yang Zaixing,Jiao Yan,Xiong Wei (Department of Respiratory Diseases, Southwest Hospital, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing, 400038, China) [Abstract] Objective To explore the changes of the platelet microparticles, endothelial microparticles in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods To get the lavage fluid specimens through fiberoptic bronchoscopy,and then mark with the corresponding antibodies after centrifuge. The numbers of the two microparticles were analized by flow cytometry.There were 35 cases in acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECODP) group,20 cases in control group and 12 cases in stable COPD group. Results The numbers of the PMPs and EMPs were significant differences in the three groups(P<0.05); compared with the stable COPD group and the control group , the numbers of the two microparticles in AECOPD group were significantly reduced(P<0.05;P<0.001significant differences(P>0.05).And there were no significant differences between the smoking group and the non-smoking group (P>0.05);the numbers of the two microparticles have no correlation with the sex,age and body surface area.Conclusions The numbers of the platelet microparticles and the endothelial
