2010年深圳市福田区新入学、入托儿童接种证查验工作调查分析[摘要] 目的：了解深圳市福田区2010年入学、入托儿童预防接种情况，为完善预防接种证查验制度和监督体系提供依据。方法：按照深圳市福田区卫生局和教育局发布的《关于进一步加强福田区儿童入园、入学查验预防接种证工作的通知》，对福田区所辖211所幼儿园和小学28 192名入学、入托儿童预防接种证及接种登记情况进行查验。结果： 接种证查验覆盖率为100%，应查验儿童28 192名，实查验儿童27 625名，查验率为97.99%，持证率为99.16%，全程接种率为76.32%，补种人数5 975名，占应补总数的91.35%，入托儿童的全程接种率和补种率高于入学儿童，差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.632、20.392，P=0.01、0）。卡介苗、乙型肝炎疫苗和麻疹疫苗平均接种率达到98%以上，百白破、脊髓灰质炎和乙脑疫苗平均接种率相对较低。结论：福田区2010年儿童入学、入托查验预防接种证工作取得了明显成绩，教育、卫生部门需协调配合，加大宣传，提高一类疫苗全程接种率和查验后补种率。 [关键词] 入托；入学；儿童；查验；预防接种证 [中图分类号] R186 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）12（b）-148-03 The survey of vaccination certificates inspection in school and kindergarten children in Futian district of Shenzhen city in 2010 LIN Baoni, FANG Qiong, ZHOU Zhifeng, CAI Lin, LIU Junling Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Futian District in Shenzhen City, Guangzhou Province, Shenzhen 518040, China [Abstract] Objective: To understand the prophylactic immunization condition in school and kindergarten children in Futian district of Shenzhen city in 2010, in order to provide the basis for advancing preventive vaccination certificate inspection system and strengthening the supervision system.
