34例血糖调节受损患者参加糖尿病专病疗养效果研究【摘要】 目的观察血糖调节受损患者参加糖尿病专病疗养的效果。方法 在20～25 d的疗养期内，对34名血糖调节受损患者进行糖尿病基础知识教育、饮食治疗、运动治疗、糖尿病病情监测指导、自然疗养因子治疗等，观察疗养前后其血糖、血脂、血压、体重指数的变化，并在1年后进行随访，了解糖尿病的发展情况。结果 34名血糖调节受损患者在疗养结束时血糖、血脂、血压均已达标，疗养前后对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。1年后随访，血糖、血脂、血压均控制达标，无一例发展为临床糖尿病。结论 糖尿病专病疗养能显著改善血糖调节受损患者的血糖、血脂、血压水平，1年内有效防止了血糖调节受损阶段向临床糖尿病的发展。 【关键词】 血糖调节受损；糖尿病专病疗养；效果分析 【Abstract】 Objective Observe effectiveness of patients with impaired glucose regulation participating in special disease convalescence of diabetes.Methods Within 20～25 days of convalescence period，34 cases of patients with impaired glucose regulation were guided on basic knowledge of diabetes，dietary therapy，exercise therapy，disease condition monitoring of diabetes and natural convalescence factor therapy so on.It was observed that changes of blood glucose，blood lipids，blood pressure and body weight index before and after convalescence.After one year，follow up was carried out for knowing development of diabetes.Results At the end of convalescence，blood glucose，blood lipids and blood pressure of 34 cases of patients with impaired glucose regulation met the standards，and there were significant differences between before and after convalescence(P＜0.05).After one year，the follow up showed that blood glucose，blood lipids and blood pressure met the standards，and no case became clinical diabetes.Conclusion Special disease convalescence of diabetes could significantly improve blood glucose，blood lipids and blood pressure levels of patients with impaired glucose regulation and it effectively prevented the development from impaired glucose regulation phase to clinical diabetes within one year. 【Key words】 Impaired glucose regulation；Special disease convalescence of diabetes；Analysis on effectiveness 血糖调节受损是2型糖尿病的早期临床表现，通过积极的生活方式干预，常常可以使偏高的血糖降至正常水平，延缓或终止糖尿病的发展。2006-01―2008-05，有34名空腹或餐后血糖调节受损患者参加了我院举办的糖尿病专病疗养，取得了满意疗效，报告如下。 1临床资料与方法 1.1一般资料本组患者男28人，女6人；年龄44～66岁，平均(48.6±8.2)岁。均在原单位体检时发现空腹和/或餐后2 h血糖偏高而来我院参加糖尿病专病疗养。病程3个月～2.5
